As an experienced professional, manager of many Macedonian companies and member of numerous boards in professional organizations, my aim is to transfer the knowledge to the future generations.
I believe that through Participant-Centered Learning methods, I can lead my students on the path of becoming bigger, brighter and better members of our society.
During my career, I have been working or collaborating with many companies that have required my skills in the following fields:
• management;
• leadership;
• organizational behavior;
• organizational citizenship and culture;
• finance;
• marketing;
• strategic management and thus like
Moreover, these are the business related topics that I like discussing the most with my students and colleagues.
I firmly believe that a person stops living when they stop learning, so I am always eager to become even more knowledgeable about the organizations, leadership aspects in the emerging markets, leading an organization from a start-up to a market leader, etc.
I am willing to help expanding the GLOBE research project in the Republic of Macedonia and to develop practical skills and theoretical knowledge for my students, as well as to create working knowledge for junior and middle managers.
