” Vox Organizationis ” a new way of calculating organizational alignment in an environment . This model was developed by UACS Provost . Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev PhD, Prof. Miodraga Stefanovksa-Petkovska PhD, Prof . Ana Tomovska-Misovska PhD and Ivona Mileva , MA . Together , with their expertise in their respected fields , have created a new model and project for the organizations to come .

Prof. Marjan I. Bojadjiev PhD presents his thesis for the future of Macedonia : ” Macedonia Megaopolis” . Creating a city-state is what he envisions for the preservation of Macedonia . The event took place in MASA on December 19th 2018 .

UACS Rector, Prof. Marjan I. Bojadjiev, PhD is teaching the Organizational Behavior (OB) course at the University of Rome Tor Vergata during the period (November – December)16-01, 2017. Prof. Bojadjiev is a visiting lecturer at the Organizational Behavior course of International Group of future HR Managers at Ms/ MBA Economia Tor Vergata from Germany, Italy, Azerbaijan,Macedonia and Ghana. The University of Rome Tor Vergata is ranked among the TOP 500 Universities worldwide.

During the period from 01-04 October 2017. The Rector of UACS  Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD was part of the evaluation team for the Self-evaluation Report from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) held in Paris, France. Prof. Bojadjiev  was Proud to have been promoted into evaluator for ACBSP. First site visit was to International School of Management in Paris. Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD, the rector of UACS participated in the Summit 100 as a keynote speaker in the panel discussion on Knowledge Based Economy. The Summit 100 Business Leaders of Southeast Europe is an annual event hosted for the 6th time. It was visited by more than 150 esteemed professionals from the SEE region, ministers and representatives of the EU. The key topic was connecting the countries of the region in various areas and across different fields. Rector Bojadjiev had the privilege of presenting in front of 5 prime-ministers from various countries in this particular region.

The UACS Rector, Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD, was among the key panelists at the workshop organized by the World Bank’s Centre for Financial Reporting Reform in Skopje. The workshop titled ‘Achieving Excellence in Accountancy Education: Sharing Good Practices and Opportunities for Reform’ was held on June 27, 2017 (Tuesday) at Vodenica Mulino, Skopje. The event was moderated by Kalina Sukarova Savovska, World Bank Senior Officer, and opening remarks were given by H.E. Dr. Dragan Tevdovski, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia and by Mr. Marco Mantovanelli, Country Manager of World Bank Office Skopje (Europe and Central Asia Region). The workshop was attended by esteemed professionals in the field of accountancy, audit and financial management from notable institutions in Macedonia.
