Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev PhD presents at the Summit 100

Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD, the rector of UACS participated in the Summit 100 as a keynote speaker in the panel discussion on Knowledge Based Economy. The Summit 100 Business Leaders of Southeast Europe is an annual event hosted for the 6th time. It was visited by more than 150 esteemed professionals from the SEE region, ministers and representatives of the EU. The key topic was connecting the countries of the region in various areas and across different fields. Rector Bojadjiev had the privilege of presenting in front of 5 prime-ministers from various countries in this particular region.
UACS Rector as a panelist at the World Bank Workshop for Financial Reporting Reform

The UACS Rector, Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD, was among the key panelists at the workshop organized by the World Bank’s Centre for Financial Reporting Reform in Skopje. The workshop titled ‘Achieving Excellence in Accountancy Education: Sharing Good Practices and Opportunities for Reform’ was held on June 27, 2017 (Tuesday) at Vodenica Mulino, Skopje. The event was moderated by Kalina Sukarova Savovska, World Bank Senior Officer, and opening remarks were given by H.E. Dr. Dragan Tevdovski, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Macedonia and by Mr. Marco Mantovanelli, Country Manager of World Bank Office Skopje (Europe and Central Asia Region). The workshop was attended by esteemed professionals in the field of accountancy, audit and financial management from notable institutions in Macedonia. 7th General Assembly Meeting of UACS Business Council

UACS Rector, Prof. Marjan Bojadjiev, PhD, honored Awards of Appreciation to Finance Think (in recognition of their continuous support and raising awareness of the importance of research and contribution for the development of economic thought) and to the Embassy of the United States of America to the Republic of Macedonia (in recognition of their continuous support to UACS and its endeavors of bringing quality education to each individual and creating a better society). Moreover, he honored the Governor of the Republic of Macedonia, Mr. Dimitar Bogov, with an Award of Appreciation in recognition of his personal involvement, the continuous support of the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia in the scholastic activities at UACS and their effect in improvement of the quality of higher education.
